It should be 'No Climbing'.
Although you may be interested to know that there's an English word 'clambering', which means a particular kind of climbing, in which you cling tightly to whatever
you are climbing and move quickly. It's usually used to describe the way in which children climb. BTW, it should read 'No sculpting or drawing'.
