Prechill dim sum

It lasted only a minute, but it was the most refreshed I've ever felt.I deeply fell love with snowy cake--all of a sudden my mouth was shockingly cold and soft.In such hot day, cold is welcome relief from heat and there's an unexploited asset. As the cold dissipated,I sensed the light aroma of the exquisite dough.
